While I cannot find a clip of this episode, it is Family Guy, Season 10, Episode 7. It is entitled "Amish Guy." In it, it pokes fun at Amish people in some ways but also combats commonplaces the Family Guy producers disagree with. For example, the Amish leader is praying to the "Amish God."
"We solemnly believe that although humans have been around for millions of years, you feel strongly that they had just the right amount of technology between 1835 and 1850."
I love how Family Guy combats commonplaces at times. The Amish firmly hold to the fact that technology is wrong. God doesn't like it. It doesn't matter how weird it may sound, especially when put this way, they still hold to it. (I found the quote here: http://www.thetvcritic.org/amish-guy/ )
